CLEVELAND CLINIC PERSONALIZED VACCINE TRIAL

LITTLE WARRIOR’S BIG TRIAL

For years, we’ve been advancing a novel trial with the Cleveland Clinic — a personalized mRNA vaccine for Ewings Sarcoma. It started with sliding into the Twitter DM of Timothy Chan, and now it is in the final pre-clinical validation stages. We know the patient community is desperately waiting. We’re pushing this forward with all our might!

Dr Timothy Chan - Cleveland Clinic

“Foundations like Little Warrior allow us to take a fast-track, high-risk, high-reward approach.”

Little Warrior Foundation had the honor of naming this trial. And we landed on “SupraVax”. Why?

Supra is a prefix meaning “above, over” (supraorbital) or “beyond the limits of, outside of” (supramolecular; suprasegmental).

It’s finally time to move beyond the limits of conventional treatment.

And, it’s a tribute to our friend Ian. So many — too many— angel warriors live in our hearts. But Ian was one of the first. He got most places first because he drove a pristine white Toyota Supra. "Go Fast" is a small part of his huge legacy - one that drives this foundation every single day. Ian was one of the very first warriors to have his tumor sequenced for the development of this trial.

A cure didn't come fast enough for Ian, but with tremendous hope and urgency, we honor Ian by naming this trial after his beloved wheels.
