Drs. Bell & Slotkin: A Phase 1 Study of Xaluritamig inAdult, AYA & Pediatric Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Ewing sarcoma

Dr. Jennifer Bell (Amgen) & Dr. Emily Slotkin (MSK) discuss the recently open Phase 1b clinical trial centered around the evaluation of Xaluritamig (AMG 509), a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody, for treating relapsed or refractory Ewing sarcoma in adults, adolescents, and children. It works by targeting STEAP1 on cancer cells to trigger immune-mediated destruction. Xaluritamig has provided clinical benefit to patients in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), and currently in Phase III trial (XALute) for this patient population. Clinical Trial ID: NCT07297979
